Registration

In-person/on-site registration fees include the full program, refreshment breaks, breakfast and lunch. 

Virtual/livestream registration fees include a "real-time" livestream of the entire 2025 Thematic Conference - speaker presentations, panels, and opening and closing remarks - along with opportunities to submit questions during the live Q&A.

Group livestream registration fee includes access for a single login (one email address), allowing a group of delegates within universities and other professional settings to participate while at a single group venue. 

Where permission has been granted by speakers, sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees only.

Register by January 8, 2025 to receive discounted registration fees. All fees are in Canadian dollars

Group livestream

Group Live Streaming will require one lead Facilitator to register and be the point of contact with CNS to facilitate all logistics leading up to, during, and after the event.  Virtual conference login access will be provided to the Faciltator only. The Facilitator must be a current CNS member.

Registration & Cancellation Policies

  1. Your registration will not be processed until full payment is received.
  2. Confirmation notice of your registration will be sent to you immediately by email if you register online.  If you do not receive your confirmation, please email info@cns-scn.ca
  3. For cancellations received by January 10, 2025 11:59pm EST, full registration fees will be refunded minus a 30% administration fee. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
  4. All refunds will be made using the original form of payment. 
  5. Cancellations received after January 10, 2025 will NOT be refunded (registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant at no charge). All substitution requests must be made in writing. 
  6. Virtual/livestream registrations will be accepted up to January 31, 2025; however, registrations received after January 30, 2025, 11:59pm ET may encounter delays in receiving login credentials.
